CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 436(TRA) An Act relating to purchase                     
and sale of mobile homes by mobile home dealers; to mobile home                
titles; and providing for an effective date was read the second time.          
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.  Senator Salo           
objected.
